The unexpected holiday event continues from November 25 through December 22, providing free extra story content for Shadows players.

According to the official statement, "An unusual confrontation pulls heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original mission, where whispers of banned practices and monstrous metamorphoses reverberate through the obscurity." The plot features a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a secret group.
The questline centers on "strange experiments and a monstrous enemy" and is open to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The teaser showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations.
