The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize the upcoming bout.
Former two time world title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
In spite of those words, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized British rival Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the novice remains one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would stop the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers met for the usual confrontation, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the match is actually proceeding.
